Construction Debris Removal

Construction debris piles up fast and creates safety hazards on your job site. We haul away drywall, scrap lumber, old cabinetry, tile, and flooring materials from residential remodels and light commercial renovations. We do the heavy loading so your crew can keep building.

Who It's For

General contractors, flippers, roofers, and DIY homeowners deep into a renovation.

The Process

  1. We back our truck up as close to the debris pile as possible.
  2. We load the bulky materials like lumber and cabinets first.
  3. We shovel and sweep up the smaller fragments and drywall dust.
  4. We transport the load directly to the transfer station.

What we review before the quote

We review the items, access, and any handling requirements before providing a free quote. There are no published prices or ranges.

Preparation

Consolidate the debris into a single pile if possible, preferably near a driveway or accessible entrance. Ensure no nails are sticking out of boards where people will be walking.

Local Context

With the amount of home remodeling happening in Milford and Batavia, contractors rely on us for fast pickups when a roll-off dumpster takes up too much space in the driveway.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take concrete or brick?

We do not haul heavy concrete, brick, or masonry. Our trucks are designed for volume, and dense masonry exceeds weight limits very quickly.

Can you take roofing shingles?

Yes, we take shingles, but because they are incredibly heavy, pricing is heavily dependent on the weight rather than just the volume.

Do you do the demolition work?

No. We only handle the removal of the debris after the demolition is complete.

Can you pick up while my crew is still working?

Yes. We stay out of your way, quickly load the pile, and let your contractors stay focused on the build.
