Estate Cleanouts
Estate cleanouts require patience, respect, and hard work. We work with families, executors, and real estate agents to clear out an entire property, removing unwanted furniture, clothing, trash, and household goods so the home can be prepared for sale.
Who It's For
Families managing a loved one's estate, executors of wills, and realtors needing to get a property to market quickly.
The Process
- We walk the property with you to identify exactly what stays and what goes.
- We clear the rooms methodically, starting with large furniture.
- We bag up smaller loose items and trash.
- We sweep all floors and ensure the property is broom-clean.
What we review before the quote
We review the items, access, and any handling requirements before providing a free quote. There are no published prices or ranges.
Preparation
Please remove all personal documents, financial records, jewelry, family photos, and items of sentimental value before we arrive. We move fast, and we want to ensure nothing important gets accidentally hauled away.
Local Context
We work closely with local Clermont County probate attorneys and real estate agents who need reliable, honest clearing services to turn properties around.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be present for the entire cleanout?
No. Once you've clearly marked what needs to go and we've agreed on the scope, you can leave. We will call you when the job is near completion.
Can you take items to a donation center for us?
We can set aside usable items for donation when an appropriate organization accepts them. Acceptance depends on the item and the organization.
How long does a full house cleanout take?
The time depends on the property's size, access, and amount of material. We discuss the expected scope before scheduling and update you if the scope changes.
Will you pull up old carpets?
We focus on removing personal property and junk. We do not perform carpet removal or demolition as part of a standard estate cleanout.
